When I was young, I used to feel a kind of energy, so I felt that I did not need to do any exercise. But I was wrong because after some time I started feeling that laziness starts getting tired quickly. I didn’t feel like doing anything. Slowly my whole body started deteriorating, fat started appearing on the stomach and on many other parts of the body. I didn’t like anything.

Then the very next day I woke up in the morning and started running, initially I had a lot of trouble but gradually I got used to it. I was amazed by the results in no time.Although there was no significant difference in my body fat, I felt more energetic and agile than ever.
