Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana)
First of all, you have to lie on your back then bend the knees and keep both the feet flat on the floor apart from the width of the hip. Keep the palms of the hands facing the ground as you slide them alongside the body. It is best if the fingers are lightly touching the heels.
After that press the feet on the floor, inhale and slowly raise the hips, the spine should be raised above the floor. Maintain an arm’s length distance between your knees while lightly squeezing them together.

First of all, lie down on your back. Exhaling, fold your knees into your stomach. Take a deep breath, and grasp the outside of your feet with your hands, or loop a belt or strap over each foot. You should open your knees slightly wider than your torso, then bring your knees up toward your armpits.
Put each ankle directly over the knee, so your shins are perpendicular to the ground. Make sure you flex your feet. Push your feet up into your hands (or the belt) while pulling your hands down to create resistance. This is one of the most good yoga poses for sex stamina.
One-Legged Pigeon (Eka Pada Rajakapotasana)

Lift your left leg in your hand and exhale. Do the same with your left hand. Keeping your feet in place, lift your chest and lower your head back toward the sole of your left foot. Your elbows should point toward the ceiling and your arms should point toward your midline.
Hold your breath for 15-30 seconds, breathing as evenly as possible.
Exhale and release your legs to return them to the floor. Steps 1-4 must be repeated on the other side.
Child’s Pose (Balasana)
Keep your knees on the floor. Sit with your big toes together, your heels together and your knees hip-width apart. (For a full body massage, bring your knees together.)
Lean forward while exhaling. Tuck your torso between your thighs. Curl the ends of your thighs to your belly button and press against the inside of your thighs. By stretching the back of the pelvis and extending the coccyx, the back of the body is lengthened. Lift the chin slightly to lift the base of the skull off the back of the neck.
Extend your arms out in front of your mat in Child’s Pose. The fronts of your shoulders should be on the floor, so reach toward your feet and place your hands next to your torso, palms facing up. Allow the weight of your shoulders to pull your shoulder blades down your back.
